53 3/4 longbed to short bed
Hello, is it possible to cut longbed down to shortbed? I plan on finding a s -10 frame and i've read tons of info on that, but havent found much on shortening the bed.

not that hard to do. you'll notice that long beds have a stake pocket about a foot or so from the headgate. hack out ~9" between the stake pocket and the head gate and you'll have a short bed. VERY easy to do...

here is a 51 GMC i did cut it 6.5" and put it on a short bed s10
