A little help please

I have a 67 c-10, 292 inline with a 5 speed trans. Power steering and brakes. I have this belt noise all of the time. I noticed that the lower belt pully appears not to be in line. I was told that I might have the wrong harmonic balancer also. Don't know if it's related. I would appreciate any and all suggestions on this. I use this truck for now locally but would like to use on longer runs once I can get this problem resolved. Thanks.

Re: A little help please

can you post a picture of front of engine? hope that you not have wrong harmonic balancer, could cause more problems than a noisy belt. you might have the wrong pulleys.
