The dogs are awesome! I so want to get another lab, just that work keeps me from giving the proper care they deserve. So, some day I will get another one.

I love the Burb. Ironic too that it came from Appleton, WI. I have to go to a plant right outside of Appleton on Sunday. The frozen tundra. Good to see this one has weathered better than most classics I've seen up that way.

Also just did new brakes in the back - drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, flushed the fluid.
Huge difference in stopping and pedal feel. Stops on a dime.

Nice! Just curious did you go with the turbos or glasspacks? How was the kit to install and was shipping reasonable? I've looked @ these kits in the catalog but had never heard any feedback. -Brian....Beautiful Burb btw!!

I went with the turbos. I dropped the kit and my truck at my friend's shop - he said the fit was horrible. He ended up fabbing a bunch of pieces himself.
Maybe they sent me the wrong kit? Underside...  I had him poke the tips out about a foot behind the tires. We're going to fab up some SS to replace the aluminized ends.

Sweet burb, mine will look as good some day.I think they are identical except that yours have survived a bit better than mine.I will keep a picture of your burb for motivation

I'm not sure on the MPG, but it's not great. I want to do some work on the carb this summer to try to improve it.

I still have the truck I bought from Geoff (72WiscSub). More than 4yrs since I purchased it, still putting 5000-6000 miles/year on it. Finally wore out the tires, looking at wheel/tire combos (suggestions and pics welcome!).
I replaced the carb and have done some light mechanical work on it over the years, mostly just maintenance. Even with all the miles and 3 big dogs the interior still looks fresh (smells mostly fresh, too ).
