15 inch 8 lug wheels

hey guys havent been on in awhile just working on the truck. i bought some new tires and wheels for 120 bucks tires have 90% tread. good deal i know the wheels that came with the tires are 16 inch. and my old wheels are 15 inch 8 lugs. my buddy said that 15 inch 8 lugs are hard to find is that true? they are in exellent cond. well let me know thanks guys.

I have only seen 16" and 16.5" in 8 lug.

so i take it that my 15 in rims are kinda rare hmm i need to se that these are worth let me know if you guys know i always thought they were 16 inch 8 lugs but it turned out they were 15s lol

Those are pretty rare. I have only seen one used set...and don't recall the price.

In the beed of one of my trucks was one 15" 8 bolt rim. I dont what company made it, but it is a 2 piece.

IIRC I paid $100-$120 for the set of 15" 8 lug wheels that's on my burb...they were in pretty good shape too.

I had some 8 lug 15" (white spoke)on a 72 3/4 ton back in 1986.Dont remember where i got them but I ordered them new from a local tire shop.I just looked at the Summit site and found several steel 15" 8 lug from $36.95 to $163.99

My lil brother had a set of 8 lug 15" rims on his Blazer for a while. I think he gave em away or they may still be in the scarp pile. If you can get $40 out of a set you're probably doing good. If you think they're worth more try listing em on Craigslist. Maybe someone will jump on em.

Just so you know,you can`t ask what something`s worth without subscribing.

Are you wheels factory (hub cap) type?I`ve seen one shortbed 8-lug`57 with 15" split rims from factory.I have ordered 10 x15 8-lug wagon wheels back in the day.i saved alot of money on the set of wheels and tires and the tires looked bigger because of the smaller diameter wheel.On`e disc brakes came around 8-lug 15" started disappearing.
