Fender attachment hardware

What type of fastener is used in these holes on 59-59 models? Nothing was there when I dismantled the truck and I’m not finding it in the assembly manual.

can't quite tell what part you posted from that pic
90% of tf truck sheet metal bolts are 5/16'' flange bolts, like the bolt head i see in the pic above
found them at the bolt depot in zinc plated or stainless

is that the inside of the headlight bucket?
oem would be clutch head sheet metal screws

I was asking about the screws for the fender to grille surround Ogre. The holes are stamped in such a way that it created a “thread”. I’ll find some pan head sheet metal screws, non clutch head though.

They look like the back of a speed-nut. About anything with coarse threads will do.
