Does any one now were to get 2/1/4 or2/1/2 in. systems with hedders frount to back, would like 2/1/2in. pipe.

Buy the headers you want and go to a muffler shop and have them bend up a system for you. I did this on mine, and it was fairly reasonable on price. Also, the exhaust was tucked up above the frame so I didn't have to worry about ripping it off.

Just my thoughts on the subject.

i went with flow tech headers. They are not as pricy as the others but seemed to mount up with out any problems. I have not been to the muffler shop yet. So, I do not know how much it would be to have one made up.

ta-da I found were you can get pre bent exhaust for your blazer/jimmy.

After finding this I think I might do my entire exhaust in hooker stuff. Summit racing has the same kits but for different vehicles for $125. So you should be able to call Summit with the hooker part number and order it.

not trying to run up my post or anything, but you can get the exhaust ceramic coated as well, that would be sweet. Though I don't know how much it would cast. Cermaic couating doubles the price of their headers.

I had my 2 1/2" aluminized exhaust bent locally. I used Walker Hemi Turbo mufflers. I ditched my Heddman Hedders that were on the old 2 1/4" exhaust and went with the Corvetter 2 1/2" rams horns. I personally feel this is the ultimate 4x4 setup. No collector or flange gaskets to worry about. At least on my rig, low end power was increased with no loss in top end. (Althought that is relative in my setup since the cam is little. 210/210 @ .050 and .440 lift so about 4500 rpm) And it is quiet. Idles like a stocker but sounds killer up in the revs. There are cheaper ways to do this. $200 for pipe and installation, $75 for the pair of mufflers, and about $175 for the manifolds with new bolts and studs.

Mine is setup the same with flow masters and cross over pipe. It is nice not worrying about leaks.
