Stalling won't go away ( '88 C2500)
Ok, what's left to check/replace?
1988 GMC C2500 - 5.7 TBI 2 wheel dr. Replaced: AIC ( air idle control), MAP, ESC, ECM, Adjusted/checked TPS. ( will replace w/new TPS tomorrow)..... (Throttle body fairly new) While driving, truck runs fine. Slowing to a stop it sometimes quits.. ..Then re-start, and all's fine. ( until a week later it does same thing). After replacing all above, today, the idle is just a "tad" high ( not much)... I thought it was driving OK, then after parking in my driveway - turned off... I then started up... seemed OK.... THEN put it in reverse and it stopped AGAIN. It wants to stall in driveway more often, after putting in reverse... What else can I check????? The EGR is not old......

UP-DATE..... My 4 yr old distributor is bad. ( I finally took the truck to a shop)
I can't wait to get it back to see if they REALLY solved the problem.
