Dash Pad Repair?

Since my dash pad is toast I found this decent one at the junk yard. However there are a few cracks. I am at a lost on how to repair them, I was thinking for the smaller cracks you use some fiber glass from the underside and then drill out the holes. But I don't know if that's a good idea. As far at the larger hole its in the center so is its a lost, I assume you could replace it with a speaker grill. Unless its looks tacky. Anyway here are some pictures, and since I have never done any kind of interior repair I am really open to advice.




This last picture is a bad one. But you can kinda see the crack.

I,ve tried all the cheap easy u tube video stuff and it all cracked with in a week. I think the first post from http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ht=Dash+repair would be my choice next time
