1967 original horn button assembly

I am missing some parts to install an original style horn button on my new OEM style steering wheel. I have a new OEM style cap with "Chevrolet Division" on it. I have the cap but what are the parts I need to hold the cap on? And if anyone knows where to get these parts. Please help. Thanks!

No problem. Let us know if you need some help with assembly. Do not use the LMC catalog pictures to assemble it, the parts sequence is incorrect.
