Cracked bellhousing

I was cleaning my bell-housing for my 66 250 and found a crack running across my pivot ball mount hole

Any suggestions?

Re: Cracked bellhousing

I would replace it. Do a search in the for sale section.

Re: Cracked bellhousing

The pivot ball for the bellcrank does not bolt to the bellhousing in the '63-'66 trucks. This also sounds like a '73+ aluminum bellhousing as I have never seen a '63-'72 cast iron bellhousing with a boss for a ball stud. I do have a few original cast iron '63-'67 bellhousings but shipping that far will not be cheap.
