1970 suspension swap 1985 c10

I have 1970 c10 that I plan on swapping out front end with a 1985 c10 for the disc brakes. What is simplest solution? Swapping the entire front cross member or will the 1985 upper and lower control arms bolt onto the 1970 cross member. I have the complete 1985 frame with all the steering component included. Also any ideas on front coil spring length to make truck sit level if using original rear coil springs.

All of the 85 components will bolt right to your existing 70 front cradle, no need to change it. Read This***
