Looking for the name of the part that goes behind a-pillar and is a plate that is used to bolt the hinges to body (behind actual sheetmetal on the cab.

Re: name that part for me

I call it a “Nut plate” but then again some people think I’m weird...

The only person who sells it is Nsane Hotrods

You have to read the description- the pic shows the pillar and nut plate.
“This set of custom made door hinge brackets fit 1967-72 Chevrolet and GMC pickup trucks. Pillar not included. 2 brackets included in set.”

Re: name that part for me

To save making a new thread for the same question...what is this part? It was in the bed and it is fairly large but I cannot figure out where it came from. Thanks.

That isn't even close to the same question, but it is a grille to core support and hood latch bracket..... If it isn't the same part that the OP is asking about start a new thread next time.

Thanks,
LockDoc

Oh WOW! You better get busy..... That would cost a lot more than finishing the truck.

I will mail the bracket out in the morning.
