Mine was totally different because I used a TH350 auto trans and n203transfer. It looks like your upper lever operates the transmission (three speed?) and the bottom (short lever) operates the transfer case. Shifter pattern on the bottom is probably 4H-2H-N-4L or reversed. What is the center lever attached to? I don't see it in your photos.
