What is this?

No pics yet so this will be somewhat of a test. It looks kinda like part of the frame but bolt to the inside (underneath)rear cab corners and go to the where the cab body mounts are. In fact I beleive that the cab mount bolt, cushion ...ect goes through this part. What is this part called? Is there any welding needed to replace it? I am assuming the cab needs to be removed for this repair. If any one could post a picture of it. That would be great.

Rear cab floor support and rear cab support cover I believe from your description. Never replaced one but chances are it needs welded.

..........and this is the rear cab mount; cab corner on the right side of the pic to help with locating what we're looking at here. If that's what you have, welding is DEFINITELY in your future.

Guess I'm confused as to what we're talking about now...I thought he was talking about the front and rear cab mounts on the underside of the cab, not the mounts riveted to the frame.

It's some kind of brace. I took a picture of it. I will post it soon. It bolts on to the inside of the cab corner from underneath on one end and then goes from there to the cab mount.

Sounds like a home made rear cab mount huh?? I think VT has the right pic, Warbones just isn't seeing the cab mount in the pic...maybe a pic of a replacement mount alone would help.

It is the Rear Floor Support that I was seeing. Found it in the bowtiebits catalog. I was there the other day getting some trash guards for the cowl.
