I just put 33X12.5R16.5 on the rear of my truck and they don't rub. A lift is always a great option for a 4X4 though.

you might wanna check clearance on calipers/drums and wheels if you went from 16" to 15", is what i've been told...

I just put 33x16x12.5 BFG AT's on my 3/4 ton and the passenger side rubs on the front when turning left. I guess I will have to lift it a little bit

I have a 71 K10 with 32 BFG's on Rally's (15X8) with no rub what so ever on a stock suspension except for Rancho shocks. I heard 33's will work also. You should be fine though each truck seems to be slightly different.
