Re: Suburban build sheets?

Those mounts with small round mirrors were the standard mirrors unless the SPID calls out something different. The rectangular mirrors pictured are aftermarket as far as I know.

Yes the stock were round. These rectangle mirrors were installed for a small increase in visibility since we do drive it often and for long distances at a time.

Re: Suburban build sheets?

Thanks for the replies on the mirror. The base looked familiar but I had not seen them with the rectangular mirrors.they look good like that.

Re: Suburban build sheets?

I run with mine sideways for more visibility during the daily battle through Portland traffic.

Hijacking completed!

Re: Suburban build sheets?

My 1970 Suburban which I got from original owner was built in Fremont. Still had original front bench seat and seat cover. Build sheet was nestled between either the backrest foam and the seat frame or between the cover itself and the back rest frame.

Re: Suburban build sheets?

My original seat was in the rafters so I just checked and no luck there for me

Re: Suburban build sheets?

PortHeadlight thanks for the reply. Mine is a Flint truck, but I will take a second look at the back cover of the front seat.
