65/66 GMC V6 Power Steering

Found two GMC trucks with factory power steering (power assist really). One is in a 1/2 ton and the other is in a 3/4 ton. The brackets look the same but the 1/2 ton fill cap is on the reservoir and the 3/4 is similar to the 68-72 Big Block trucks with remote fill.

Is this stuff worth anything?

All of it is well used but 95% there and were on driving trucks until recently.

pics would help to see they are factory or home made.Only big trucks had a remote fill the pick up trucks 1960 to 1966 had the same bracket and pump then the bracket and pump changed in 1967.

Heres a camera phone picture...Still has lower components as well like assist ram, hoses (rotted) and attachments to tierods. No cap for res though.

Are pulleys same on P/S truck vs non-P/S?

That one is the real deal. Most people add power steering box not to many want the ram but the ram is the same on all GM cars ( its the same as early corvette ) pump brackets and pulleys 200 range

so can you tell me what model of truck or car i can find this power steering pump on ? i would really like power steering on my long bed. my arms are getting kinda buff tryna park that thing.
