What wires?

Didn't have the best end to the weekend. Starter went out first, didn't check where the slack from the battery cable was (yep you guessed it laid against the exhaust), burnt up the wiring harness. My wife had to drive me to work, 4.5 hour round trip for her. I am gone 2 weeks then home 2 days so I need to order parts.
The question. What wires run through plastic gutter on the firewall? 69 C 10 307 3 speed manual. Thanks.

Re: What wires?

Just order a engine wiring harness for your model truck. If you get a AAW or M+H they are plug and play..

Re: What wires?

That's the plan but I don't want to get home and find out that there are other wires that I should have ordered. Are those the only ones that run through the gutter on the firewall?

http://www.americanautowire.com/view...wiring-system/

This will do the trick for you. Everything is there. Complete harness. Plug and play ready to go. Comes with a diagram as well.
