brake booster install question

I am installing a brake booster on my 67 and it looks like the pin that I pulled from the pedal assembly is to short.

Am I missing something?

thanks

Re: brake booster install question

Booster mounting brackets appear to be on the wrong sides. Need to swap them.

Re: brake booster install question

Yeah just like FirstOwner69 said, swap the brackets around so the flanges are pointed out.

Re: brake booster install question

Nah... we've all done stuff like that.

Ask me how to burn up an expensive Autometer guage cluster by crossing the ground and hooking up a 12v hot wire to the amp meter. Not to mention it almost burned my '71 El Camino SS to the ground.
