How has this thread floated around for 15 years, and I've never seen it or posted in it for the 12 years I've been a member?

Well, here is "Slick", my 68 stepside.

Pretty much as purchased in 2000.

2006 just before tear down for new paint.

2007 after new paint.

2015 a few years after the LS swap and a bit lower.

Current situation with a full front and rear TCI Engineering suspension with RideTech coilovers, 18x9.5 USMags, and the LS1 with AFR heads making over 520hp.

Matt I thought your truck was great when you first bought it and was shocked to hear you were tearing it down but I must say you did well by it.

Thanks! I'll admit, though, I was in a bit of shock and quite apprehensive at first to start taking it back apart, but I love it even more now!

Before it was Stolen it was a 67 C-20 Custom Camper that my Dad purchased new...

Here is what I got back after being stolen

Here it is today after 6 years of working on it... It is now a C-10 SWB Fleetside:

Great trucks. I love seeing where things were at in '02 with the trucks. I have the '72 K2500 I bought in '01. I think of it as one I've done very little with, till I get to thinking about it and although not restored, it runs and drives great fro what I have done
