I looked up the current Chelsea products and they are available. I think the drive shaft might be the stumbling block if you want a stock install. Does anyone have a source for drive shaft components?

Find a good farm store that supports tractors. In the west we have big 'R' stores and cenex (coop) farm stores. They carry what you need to make a saller driveshaft.
