Willie,The Mexican employement laws are way different than the ones in the US.Most Women in Mexico work at the pleasure of the employer.Usually looks,marital status and willingness to get friendly with the boss are job requirements and expected by the potantial employee.The Hispanic Stations in the US follow the same trend since that is what many of their fans expect.They just skirt the laws here.

ours is a mid 20's local guy who weighs more then 300 lbs. .and is never right. our "head reporter" is cute but her nose is really distracting and she's not nice in public...
