'04 Burb window replacement

Everybody,
I have an '04 2wd Chevy Suburban with power windows, locks, & mirrors. Tonight, the front driver's side window was shattered. How hard or difficult is this to remove & replace myself? I have taken windows out of older vehicles, but nothing this new. Taking the panel off isn't difficult. I have taken the rear driver's door panel off before, but I didn't look to see how hard it would be to remove the window.
Any tips or lessons learned?
Anybody able to look up the PN for me from GM so that I can see how much a replacement would be from Parts Direct compared to a junkyard?
Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: '04 Burb window replacement

I was searching thru E Bay & seen a few windows for sale. It said that the window I need also fits a '99 Silverado, which I do have, but it has manual windows. Are these two windows the same between an '04 Suburban with PWs & a '99 Silverado with manual windows?

Re: '04 Burb window replacement

The windows are the same. I replaced the window with the one I have from my '99 Silverado. They are not hard to replace at all. The door panel needs to be removed. The door mrror needs to be removed. That's easy. Only 3 bolts & the interior trim piece. The window molding needs to be partially removed, then 2 bolts holding the mirror to its clamps. It then slides out thru the outside of the door. Now I need to order a replacement thru EBay. It's under $100, tinted, used, and shipped.
