Ill ask here

Ok didnt know where to ask so i thought general might be good. Some of us still run the nobe radios. IM not in my truck but my chevelle will. But i want to make it up dated a bit but not cut my perfect dash.

So heres the question has any one seen a nobe radio that does mp3 like the new ones. but at the same time looks original if not originial that cool just want to know if they have been made.

I know they make a modern 6 disc change nobe radio but cds are old hat id like mp3 if posable. Thxs

Re: Ill ask here

Check out Custom Auto Sound. I'm not a fan of their units, but honestly, its pretty much all that's out there right now.

Re: Ill ask here

You could also run an HD radio stand-alone unit through my set-up. Maybe make the tuner knob into a selector switch for the audio input; mp3/radio.

Re: Ill ask here

Ask and you shall receive....
Some of the best 'conversions' out there. AM converted to AM/FM, with optional inputs for XM/IPOD/CD-Changers and outputs for AMPS, etc...

Not cheap....but....
