Question 1967 park light issue??

My 67 came with a hacked up 69-70 grille and non GM park/signal light housings. I have installed the correct grille back on it with what I believe are the correct lights. The problem is that the light connector has two male blade style conections in a Tee arrangement (see photo), but the truck has two female blade style connections in a Vee arrangement. The PO had crimp on lugs and a lot of tape for a plug. Any ideas on what I may be missing? I have searched the web and no answers! All the photos of the replacement marker lights show the tee style connections and I cannot find any cutting and splicing on the harness?? Sorry I forgot to get any photos of the harness on the truck and won't be able to get back to the Burban until Thursday. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

67 plug is different than 68-72. American autowire sells adapters.

Of course they are! I guess that makes my new grille a 68. Oh well, once again it's 50/50 90/10. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the offer and I may yet take you up on it, but I might get a pair of 67 housings on Monday. We'll see.
