2002 trailblazer suggestions

This is my moms 2002 trailblazer LS, i put the rims on for her when we got it, i just finished installing speaker. Now I am in miami and were taking it on a trip to NJ(long way) so i want to make it look nice/improve gas mileage/improve performance/ make it nicer! Anybody have some ideas you'd like to share that you would do to a trailblazer.Thats pretty affordable...
