I am looking for a rebuilt NP203 or a very good rebuildable core. I am trying to build a doubler for my 69 swb. I have a working 4speed/NP205 that I pulled from my parts and would consider a trade or you can buy mine and I can buy a NP203 from a local shop. Let me know if interested.

You want to trade a 205 for a 203?
No offense entended, but I think you are being too generous.

203's are a dime-a-dozen. I see one on eay for 30 bucks.

anyway, don't give away the farm. check out your local wrecking yard etc before you give up a 205.

As I understand you'll want to use your SM465 you'll want a 203 that was mated to the SM465. Then to mated the 203 gear reduction section to the 205 w/ an adapter, i think you'll want to get a 205 that was mated to an Turbo 400 it has the input shaft that does not use the collar and has finer splines 32 I believe. This might only be for the ORD 2nd gen doubler. I believe ORD does sell the parts needed(input shaft etc...) to make it work. Just something to consider while your looking for parts.

As far as I know, which isn't that much, there were very few MS465 to 203 setups. They only came stock in 74 blazers, go figure, so they are hard to find. Mostly they were behind automatics, so you probably need an adapter. This site has really good info on the sm465 to 203 setup:

FYI High angle driveline has a patented front output flange for a 205, but I found a Dodge 205 case with a flange that will take a 1410 ujoint, and the back output shaft is a 1410 with 32 splines. I am just going to put the guts into a Chevy case. I stole that case and a 203 doubler box off ebay for 57 bucks.(no picutue on ebay and it sells too cheap)

Also, there is a new CV joint on the horizon called a Bigelow joint that is supposed to be out in a few months.

i have a transfercase for sale, here is the info. I think it is a 203.

I have a transmission out of a 67 chevy 4X4, it is a 4 speed, I think with the rockwell transfer case, heres the # for the t-case,

Model # T221N1
ratio 1.94
serial # 1266-1498

I would like to see a $100 but make me an offer, you pay shipping.

That's a Rockwell 221, and If it is in good shape, 100 bucks is cheap as parts are not made any more and they are getting hard to find. I would put it on ebay and see what you get. You might be surprised with a couple hundred bucks.
