Hhhhmmmm, brake hose problems, with swapping rearends. . . . .

OK, I have a 1969 SWB C10. I am getting ready to swap in a 1972 rear end to get ready for my soon comming front disk swap. As I was getting ready to run the new brake lines to the wheel cylinders, I see that the rear brake rubber hose is diffrent from my 69 style. I looked in the Raybestos book, and sure as heck, it is a diffrent part number.

SO I guess what I need is a picture of how this rear brake hose is set-up on a 72 truck, so I can finish running my steel lines.

Here is what I'm up agaist. Thanks for any, and all help.
