van spindle swap in 68' C10 HELP

so i got a pair of spindles from an 86 G20 van for the disk brake swap in a 67 c10.
i used the correct ball joints from the van and ordered outer tie rod ends
the tie rods are larger then the factory C10 ones
i then realized they will not fit in my factory adjusting sleeve for the tie rods
i ordered g20 inner tie rods and adjusting sleeves
the g20 inner is also too big to fit in the steering center link now

any advice?
do i use the van center link?
do i need to change all the steering?
am i just going the wrong direction here

thanks

Re: van spindle swap in 68' C10 HELP

well i solved the problem

the outer van tie rod is the same a C10 of the same year

they make an adapter tie rod sleeve that uses the original 68' c10 outer tie rod
as my inner and uses 73-87 C10 stock type outer

here is a stolen photo:

the part is available from
