47-55.1 Converting stomp starter to push button

Always challenging on forums to express or interpret comments without the value of face to face conversation. Again, my apologies.

No worries. We have a good crowd here.

One drawback for me is the loss of the stomp action/travel as the tractor switch requires just a little more than a tap.

I'm with Mr48 on this. We use these switches in our school buses to activate the yellow warning lights as the bus stops. It doesn't take much pressure to push the button. We hire people that have never driven more than a Honda coupe and teach them to drive buses. I can't remember a complaint about the foot switch being too hard to operate and it becomes second nature fairly quickly.

Wow. For a quick sketch it looks good. I can't seem to draw anything freehand. Even my stick figures complain they don't look like sticks.

Just checked the link. Very simple setup and pretty sure there will be space under the toe board for that.
