I'm with Mr48 on this. We use these switches in our school buses to activate the yellow warning lights as the bus stops. It doesn't take much pressure to push the button. We hire people that have never driven more than a Honda coupe and teach them to drive buses. I can't remember a complaint about the foot switch being too hard to operate and it becomes second nature fairly quickly.

Just checked the link. Very simple setup and pretty sure there will be space under the toe board for that.
