Inner windshield header piece

Does anyone have experience with reproduction inner header piece for the front windshield frame? Mine is rusted but the upper header is all solid

There is a good write up on the board on the repoped headers, I'll see if I can find it.

Re: Inner windshield header piece

Keep in mind, this was 6 years ago so I would assume they have fixed some of the issues

Re: Inner windshield header piece

I did the complete windshield header 5pc. kit recently and it fit very good, the only problem i had was the screw holes for the visor retainers were too big. i didnt even have to do any trimming to the 3 outer pieces. just a little on the 2 inner braces.

Do you know what brand the parts were and where did you source them?

I believe the windshield header pieces are only made by one manufacturer. I Purchased the pieces a little while ago and they are not installed yet. When I was looking to purchase everybody was out of stock. And then everybody seem to have them about the same time when they came back?

Re: Inner windshield header piece

I purchased one a year or two ago. Manufactured by Woodall. Very nice piece. Something to consider is that all you need is the inner piece. Just buy the inner piece for a truck, drill and weld in the captured visor nuts. Done.

I wish it was that easy. Blazer header panel is significantly different than pickup
