Steering column wiring

Can anyone tell me what the two green wires are on the bottom?

I have a new 28 circuit wiring harness and realizing I could have saved a ton of money on the Vortec swap with going for a smaller harness. But in wiring diagrams Ive looked at, all I can think is those are for cruise control. Any input would be great! this is my weakest ability! Wiring/ electronics.

I think it is the key buzzer. earlier trucks didn't have this

Thanks. That makes sense. The instructions says this harness doesn't support the buzzers.
