a 13 to 1 piston doesn't mean you have 13 to 1 compression. Do you know deck height, head gasket, bore, stroke, head cc, dome cc, and so forth. If I was gonna drive it on the street I would run Av gas with 1 ounce of marvel mystery oil per gallon.

Re: 555 bbc

Octane Booster is no good. with 13:1 back off the timming and see. it will idle and at light loads you MIGHT be OK but you're just looking for trouble. You could try water/meth injection or run good gas all the time.

No na NO NO NO

If you don't know true pressure it's a Big Gamble.

9:1 {pressure} is about it without some other factor IE: water

Re: 555 bbc

Carb and size, fuel injection, computer, HEI, Aluminum heads or cast iron, etc. There are some details you left out. If you want a response based on a guess, I would say you can, but you will have to back the timing off so much it would run like crap.
