neep some 72 jimmy rear suspension info

hey I'm new on here. Im a proud new owner of a 72 jimmy. currently I'm putting a new engine in it, afterall first thing's first. gotta have power to have fun. I have a set of 33's on it. I need to lift it but I'm trying to do it cheaply. I want to block the rear but one of my springs is busted. I can pretty much use any 52" rear spring off of an old chevy right?
