vent window seal installation

im installing the vent window seal on a 70 and i can't get the corner to go in the groove. I've tried just putting everything else in but when you close the window it pulls the corner off. anybody don this recently?

I just did both sides for a 72 GMC I'm working on I sprayed the rubbers with WD40 for lube and the used the front of my bench vice as a mandrel it was just the right radius. When I pushed the frames up aginst the vice the rubbers seated perfectly.
