Hi all,
I'm in the need for a 4X4 chassis to convert my 1967 shorty..
Any ideas on what chassis to use?
Existing wheelbase is aprox 114"

Much appreciated

P.S I'm located up north of Toronto Ontario Canada

musicmann,
A 67 -72 has 115" wheelbase .
any 67-72 1/2 ton will be an easy swap.
If you can get a 71-72 you can also gain front disc brakes

Musicmann, where abouts are you? I'm in Barrie. There are a few other people around this area too.
Anyway, have you tried Bill's truck shop in Oshawa(courtice)? He has just about everything, or he can get it. Let me know if you need his number.
