Re: Why do you live where you live?

Yeah. You moved when I was 1. My folks met at Maryland and Greenbelt was the first home before we moved out past Colesville toward Ashton. Woodmoor was on the East side of 29 north of University Blvd. It had a big sign. Look what I found:

Funny you should mention that movie. In HS I dated Nancy Brady. By then we lived out in Howard County closer to here. She used to live in Sliver Spring in the neighbor hood across from Mrs. Kay's. I've been telling people about this date ever since. (Not this part>) She took me to her old house and we talked to her old neighbor. But the date for a movie we were going to see at the Silver Theater. (This part>) This was my "first" movie date and it was to see The "Last" Picture Show when it came out. I had no idea what it was going to be, she picked it out. But talking about a coming of age experience, it was all that, on the screen and off!

Cool clip!
I took two girls on two different dates to the Silver Theater to see "Picnic" with Kim Novack and William Holden. The first movie I ever saw there on my own (prior to my "dating" years,) was "Rock Around The Clock" with Bill Hailey (sp?) and his Comets.
If I remember correctly the railroad station was pretty close to the theater and a couple of us guys would go down there and "squish pennys" on the tracks when a train came through. Some of them spun off like tiddly winks and we never did find them.

Re: Why do you live where you live?

I think Turkey is nice and comfortable country for living. Recently I lived in New York. But my company opened department in Antalya and I need to work here, so I moved

Re: Why do you live where you live?

I didn't stray to far from home. I was born & raised in Columbus, Ohio. When I landed the new job at Honda, almost 30 yrs ago now, I moved closer to work. It was a 45 min, one way, daily commute to work. That only lasted a year and then I moved up here to Bellefontaine. Now it's only a 10 min commute to work.
Here are a few links about Honda:
This one is a commercial that was made right there at the plant and the used our own associates & their vehicles.

Yep, when people find your place, it's on purpose. It sure is pretty out there along that river.

Talking Re: Why do you live where you live?

I live in SC near the mts. In fact I can see them from the road I live on. I guess I never wanted to live any other place. Never thought about living any other place besides SC and NC.

The main reason it's God's country though!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
