I put 1 ton coils in my c20 before I switched to the 3" lift coils and I got about 1 1/2"

Sorry about digging this up... But could i safely expect at least similar if not a bit more lift on a C10 Heavy half with the 1 ton/Diesel coils?

That will Work.
I had a C-20 and used those springs /This was years ago.

So I have no Part# for you

That is fine, i can likely source a number from Rockauto by looking for the same year C30.
