hubs

I got these in with some other parts and the guy swore they were front hubs for his 70 blazer when he had it. I don't know much about axles but they do not look like any of the hubs I have brought up so far with google. Anybody have a clue what they might be? One of them is different where the rear bearing would go.

Here is a 1972 disc brake spindle. Hope this helps narrow down your choices.
Not a great pic, but I have it installed now. Sorry.
