68 GMC equivalent of 50th Anniversary on CL

not mine, this looks like it could be a gem regardless of color scheme. Could be sold already, was posted a couple weeks ago. I would assume GMC didn't have an anniversary model in 68 since that was chevrolet milestone. Could

A while now? I can't believe no ones snatched it up for that price! Looks like a nice truck. Joseph

The way I understand it, the northwest has a ton of 67-72 trucks, and are in decent shape. Where I live, most trucks wouldn't be in that condition, let alone at that price.

That would be a 4-5000 dollar truck here.

Re: 68 GMC equivalent of 50th Anniversary on CL

It was said by someone local that the truck is not nearly as nice as the two pictures show. There is typical rust and the other side is all wrecked up. They only thing this truck has equivalent to a Chevy 50th is the saddle & white 2-tone and it's a '68. It's the interiors that set them apart. Saddle & white 2-tone could be had on any '68 Chevy or GMC...'69 for that matter. If it was as nice as it appears in those pictures it would be worth 3-4x that in my area.

Re: 68 GMC equivalent of 50th Anniversary on CL

I saw that posting as well. In my opinion, looks to a pretty nice little driver. I like the interior as well. I would ditch the topper though. Seems like a more than fair price also. I would love to bring that thing home!
