3/8" Steel Fuel Line to (OEM) in Cab Gas Tank Line Replacement?

I have spent a couple hours trying to find a 3/8" steel fuel line to replace worn 5/16" line prior Owner installed and match other lines already replaced with NO LUCK.

All other hard lines (& rubber connections) are 3/8 inch.

You can see the line in question leaning against the refurbished gas tank and the sending unit is fitted for 3/8" too.

Any good feedback on where to find would be helpful, thank you in advance.

Truck is a '67 Chevy C20 on way back together.
