Cool, always fun to get new parts...the pain of the pricetag is gone and the enjoyment begins

Re: 69 High School Cruiser/DD project

Did / doing some work on the truck, started painting the interior, took the gas tank out of the cab, relocating it, put some sound deadener down before i put the carpet on. Taking the dash pad out as we speak, hopefully going to have the dash primed by today

old dash pad

Looks like you've been having fun! How much you spend to relocate that tank?

$0 The truck used to have a reserve tank in the back so all the fuel lines are plumbed, I sold my 65 burban and the guy was converting it to propane so i got to keep the gas tank

Put the new dash pad on, painted up the dash doors roof and installed the dash pad again. Working on painting the guage cluster and glove compartment.

Will get some more pictures of interior painted / assembled tomarrow(too dark)

Re: 69 High School Cruiser/DD project

Started buttoning up the interior

The truck has some battle wonds on the dash from the previous owner, The guage cluster is just temporary, soon going to replace the guage cluster with the same one Highperf4x4 did, was very impressed at how good it looked on his truck

other than the slight abuse, im happy!!

Just a comparison

Before

During

After
