please provide factual details. How long ago was the deal made, when was money exchanged, what communication have you had if any. Link to sale posts, fwd PMs to me if you have any etc.

Its been 9 days since the money was received via paypal according to that thread. I have several PMs forwarded to me that I need to look at as well. Just want you to know it is not being ignored.

I must concur. I sent payment via PayPal for the mini-starter on 8/09/2014; OP "Dirt_Baller" told me in a Private Message dated 08-09-2014, 06:25 PM "I will get it out on Monday Or Tuesday to you". Over ten days and nothing yet...

You should check what you say. Remember your the one who shorted money up front and I didn't make a big deal.

To be frank... I don't care who has PMs or what. You should look at your facts. You are not the who caught it I did it took you more then a day to get back to me. I got your pm and I don't care what someone else did. Look at my histroy and you will I have spent a lot of money here. If I was going to screw anybody I would never of bought anything. Because of you slandering me on the board I will never be able to sell parts again. I will not be refunding anything.

I did say I was going to send parts out that week but I got caught up at work.

I fully understand that you can't send stuff from the field, or contact them. However, this was a slow deal with no communication. Most times soldiers know when they have 2 weeks in field etc.

I understand your being frustrated with the postings, but the two whom sent you money are equally as frustrated with no communication. If the user requested a refund and you are telling him no, when you did not deliver in a timely manner.. thats just not cool. He can always take it to paypal and file for a refund or dispute as well.

Both of you are acting huffy so to say over this. It was a slow deal anyway you look at it. Had you simply told them you would be in the field and unavailable , it likely would never had escalated

The to be frank I dont care attitude is really bad also.. How would you feel if it was you as a buyer? To be frank, selling is not a right here. You may pay to use the service, however slow and bad deals are breaching that contract and the right can be removed at anytime.

Lets just get this worked out between yall and move on..

You are right about knowing BUT when your command states you will stay longer how can we account for that?

My to be Frank comment was more to the fact that he could of sent the PMs and emails to who ever and it wouldnt change the fact that i was delayed and at no time was there a fraud.

also, on a side note.. one pm I was fwd requested from the seller that the payment be sent as a gift.

We have gone over this so many times its not funny.. paying as a gift is not allowed, its against paypals rules and leaves you little recourse as a buyer. IF you send money as a gift, it becomes your issue when you have problems. There is a reason it is called a gift.
