Tank skid plate pics???
Does anyone have pics of a original Blazer tank skid plate and hitch mount. I would like to see original ones.

I've got mine but it's not installed. The truck is wedged in the garage and I'll need to pull it out to get to the skid plate. I'll try to get some pictures next weekend but if it's raining I won't be able to since I don't have the top on the truck.

There's one with a hitch installed on my K5 but won't have pics until the weekend. I'll be happy to send some if you still need them.

Only reason Im asking is I found a tank skid plate from a 72 blazer and hitch mount for sale. Not sure if its a original,

Is the hitch mount attached to the skid plate? The hitch won't be original - as far as i know they didn't come with a hitch. Mine has a Valley hitch and the factory skid plate. I don't see any mods made to the skid plate. The PO (a board member) removed the skid plate to have it powder coated and it's never been reinstalled.

Here is what I found in a ad I'm thinking Its aftermarket or a homemade tank skid plate by all the holes in the sides. What do you guys think.

I was having trouble finding a thread with solid pics. Thanks for your help I can see its completely different than the one for sale. I was hoping it was original but Im going to take a look at it anyways. Oh well.

I have a custom one made of diamond plate that i got from a local freind / board member i havent had a chance to install yet .
