Re: power wire for blazer back window ?

The dash switch would have 3 big, 10ga wires. One is power to the switch, then there are two others-orange and blue typically that go back to the rear gate-and there is also an override switch too although you dont have to use that. The motor itself is grounded through the case by virtue of being bolted to the tailgate assembly. The oem harness exited outnthe firewall and ran along the inner frame and came up through the taillight cavity area through a rubber grommet.

Hope some of this helps.

If I understand your question -- you want to know where to pull power from -- then I think you'll find a good answer at this link:

Good luck and ask again if the link doesn't fully answer your question

Re: power wire for blazer back window ?

thanks, that helps. Trouble with the blazer some of the wires are not the same color as the wiring diagrams as the trucks and I,m not good at this wiring stuff,I just find power and hook it up but I,m learning. I hate what photo bucket did, lots of good pics gone .
