Suburban tailgate torque rod bushings

Hi,
Does anyone happen to know where I can get two of the white plastic bushings used on a suburban tailgate torque rod? The part number on the bushing is 334294. It's on a 1977 burb. Both of mine are broke. Thanks, Tom

I've tried the internet parts places. Zero. Don't know if the P/N has changed. The listing is for a torque rod silencer. May have to machine one out of nylon.

Re: Suburban tailgate torque rod bushings

They are the same part number all the way up to the '91 models. and it looks like they are indeed obsolete. How ever I have found a listing of Dealerships in the lower 48 that show to have 1 each in stock at 5 different locations across the country In order of appearance on my locator..... (You'll have to google them for the phone numbers)

PUTNAM BUICK-PONTIAC-GM TRUCK
SAN MATEO, CA

DUBLIN CHEVROLET
DUBLIN, CA

MONUMENT CHEVROLET INC.
PASADENA, TX

ARTHUR GLICK TRUCK SALES INC.
MONTICELLO, NY

MILEA PONTIAC BUICK GMC
BRONX, NY

Good luck and have fun!!!
Dave
