Rear flip kit????

Is it ok to do a rear flip kit without doing a "c" notch? Does anyone where to get a bolt in c notch for a 78 Blazer?

You can do a flip kite, but the c-notch will not work on the blazer frame, they are a little dif from a truck frame.

Re: Rear flip kit????

so how imperative is it to have the c notch? I just want to know if alot of people just do the flip kit without a c notch.

Re: Rear flip kit????

i ran a flip kit for years, bottems out with full tank of fuel or people in the back. what you have to watch for is if you do a normal c-notch the rear end with hit the bottem of the floor (center) i did a mini notch on mine if it were to bottem out the center of the rear end is barley away from the floor, rides great now.
