Single driver's side auxillary fuel tank wiring

I have a 1969 Chevy truck that I am installing an auxiliary fuel tank out of a 1971 C10 into. I believe that the code for the option is NX1 or NX2.......not sure. Can anyone post a wiring diagram for the fuel gauge for the auxiliary tank? I have a switch for the dash that mounts to the left side of the instrument cluster that I think switches from one sending unit to another. Can anyone tell me how this is supposed to be wired? Does anyone have a wiring diagram that illustrates it. I do have an original harness but I'm not sure where everything goes or what it does.

Many thanks in advance,

Todd
