Correct bolts/screws to attach fuel filler plate to floor

What are the correct bolts/screws to attach fuel filler plate to floor? Also, anyone repop the foam piece?

CK5, Im actually having 45 sets made that will include the rubber foam seal for Vent tubr as well as the metal plate bracket and rubber foam seal for fuel/vent. Should have completed by this coming week. Rubber foam is aprox 7/16" thick like.origional and metal flange is same as original. I will post as soon as i have in hand. Thanks Wayne

The correct screws are panhead philips stainless steel - I don't know length off hand. I carved a gasket out of neoprene.
