I think these are what he is looking for. I have a pair of these, but I have no idea what is a fair price. I find it hard to get good pictures. These pictures are of the front face when installed.

I had added these pictures and information in this thread. I then realized there was a second WTB thread. I PM'd my information to the other fellow also. He contacted me and made a deal for the trim pieces. These are sold.
